Hands-On

私たちが最も基本としているスタイルです。お客様のビジネスに深く入り込み、内側から事業の成長を牽引します。 ご提案にとどまらず、実際に手を動かして事業をお手伝いする形になりますので、アイディアだけでなく人手もほしいときにおすすめです。

This is our most fundamental style. We get deep into your business and drive the growth of the business from the inside. We do not stop at making proposals, but actually assist you with your business by working hands-on. This is recommended when you need not only ideas but also manpower.

Advisory

月に1度から週に1度のペースで、1回1時間程度のミーティングを行い、マネジメントや従業員の皆様からのご質問にお答えしてくスタイルです。 場合によってはこちらから情報提供やご提案をさせていただくこともございます。 ヒトはいるけど、やりた方がわからないという場合におすすめです。

We meet once a month or once a week for about an hour at a time to answer questions from management and employees. In some cases, we may provide information or suggestions. This is recommended if you have manpower but do not know what to do with them.

Spot

単発のご相談もお受けしております。 アイディアがほしい、問題を整理してほしい、第三者的な意見がほしいなど、聞きたいことが決まっている場合におすすめです。

We also offer one-off consultations. This is recommended when you have a specific question you would like to ask, such as for ideas, to organize a problem, or for a third-party opinion.
